Search Payments

Retrieves all payments and payment adjustments made for a particular patient.

Mechanism

GET [base]/PaymentNotice?_query=findPaymentNotice&year=[Benefit Year]&payee= either Patient/[ODBNumber] or Group/[ApplicationNumber]
